A fluted enamel shade in cobalt blue and white with a very nice scrolled bracket.  Purchased at a local auction a number of years ago and recently sold to me.  I do not see many of these around any more.  In good restore-able condition.

Pictured here are two exterior window shades.  You can still see them sometimes, usually bigger, on the outside of bungaloes and mobile homes built in the early 50's.  I sold one (I still have four in stock) to a person who made a funky lampshade out of it.  The duck whirly gig is of the same vintage but decidedly more "folky" then "funky"!

Chimney Cupboard from a Georgian brick home just north of Mallorytown.  Ca. 1840.  Cleaned to early blue grey paint with back boards added.  Note unusually shallow depth.  (27 1/2 w. X 67" h. X 6 1/2" d. ) Would make an interesting spice cupboard, etc.

The door and window trim pictured here came from a home in Kingston near Queen's University.  The carvings, though simlar in pattern, show variations that would be expected when done by hand.  There is enough to do several rooms.  In my 20 plus years in this business I have never had the opportunity to own such material.  The trim, in my opinion, is both very rare and quite exceptional.  They are in lengths from 2' to 7' and include both horizontal and vertical segments.  SOLD
