One of a set of six carved pine capitals to columns from the St. Vincent de Paul convent in Brockville, Ont. Four are nearly full round with a small flat area where they rested against a wall and two are 3/4 round where they were postitioned into a corner. They have been separated from their original posts, which I still retain. The following two pictures show the four and the two respectively. They are excellent quality, in original varnish, and each capital is carved differently and with great skill.
